I make my beautiful home in the utopian dimension of Port Townsend, Washington.

My passion is presence, my bliss is being here now in increasingly conscious cocreation of my reality. I am here to assist humanity’s return to wholeness by returning to wholeness in this version of mySelf. I am continually amazed, humbled, stretched, and expanded by this curious adventure!

Carol Steinel and I have been partners and co-teachers since 2002. As Carol channels Carruch, I receive the information with the intention to embody the timeless principles and demonstrate a practical path to wholeness.

One of my roles in our plurk together is to hold space (“sit South”) when Carol channels Carruch in classes, circles, and podcasts. Here, I bring my presence as a energetic container (Carruch suggests the term “soup-pot” for people who embody this energy) in which we stir the group stew of transformation.
